Francesca Vincentie is an artist with a clear mission—to bridge differences between people and create a sense of belonging through her sonic art.

She draws inspiration from the strong storytelling culture of her home region, Västerbotten, using personal narratives to explore universal themes with a distinctive and original voice.

Currently based in The Netherlands, Vincentie considers herself a quite nomadic European citizen. With a mixed Asian/Nordic heritage and an international practice, she sees art as a powerful tool to make an impact—a way to unite people and amplify each other’s voices.

Her work spans composition for installations, performance, cinema, animations – often focusing on topics surrounding identity, migration, decolonization and memory.

Francesca has been performing and collaborating with other artists around the globe – Sweden / Sápmi, The Netherlands, Indonesia, Belgium, Greenland / Kalaallit Nunaat, Switzerland – reflecting her commitment to intercultural dialogue and social engagement.

Furthermore she works as an audio engineer, producing music and sounds for others as well as recording Foley together with Foley artist Yorick Sedee.
